running
This is a quick entry but I just wanted to share a motivational thought with everyone that I had while running this morning. I am training for a marathon and sometimes running just seems like it takes so much effort...has anybody ever felt that way? Well I just wanted to share my running mantra that has helped me get through some runs in my past: Running is just one foot infront of the other! There it is short and sweet but that is what I try to think about when running seems so hard. I hope maybe this little quote will help any other runners out there who may be struggling sometimes to get out there and do it.
